We build using natural materials, because nature does it best. When it comes to our health and that of the planet, using natural plant and earth based materials far exceeds the quality of synthesised impermeable products. The result is a living environment that breathes and regulates heat and humidity in just the way our bodies need. 

Vertical Integration Design

Here at Nature Build, we believe that one of our greatest assets is our focus on vertical integration design. What normally are disparate aspects of the design and build process, are consciously woven together to provide the simplest and most intelligent solution.

From the standing tree to the built home, to turning on the lights, we integrate all aspects of process.

A house is usually designed by an architect (if you are lucky), then calculated by an engineer, then built by a builder. If forward thinking, sustainable technology is retrofitted into the design. This traditional way of working is obsolete. Too many times have we seen a solar array awkwardly placed on an inefficient building with a wood burner flue overshadowing the array. 

Through years of working in multiple disciplines in architecture, sustainables and the building industry, we can integrate all aspects of the built environment; Solar technology, biomass, thermal mass, natural materials, green roofs and more can all be brought together to give something much more than the sum of its parts. By crafting a unique building design based around your needs and tastes, incorporating the technologies required and the engineering specifics  we can deliver a design that meets all of your needs and bring it through to fruition.
